Guests to include United Propertl os, GortYea and others as sug£ ested <br />by Killiam Park, Copy of proposed road plan for section 32, 33, 34, and. 35 to go <br />to hiovest Planning and the Mayor to obtain an estimate on a comprehensive plan <br />of development, <br />Lake Ja.re Hills Development will be discussed. at next meeting, Don Raleigh to <br />prepare report on what the zoning ordinance requires and distribute to Council <br />o they can review before next meeting, <br />Councilman Shorvheim moved and seconded by Ccuncilma.n'?atson, that the contract <br />with the Washington County Sheriffs Department for police protection coverage <br />(copy on Tile) be approved but amended so that Councilman Pbercrombie be <br />authorized to establish more detailed specifics on the final details and working <br />arrangements. -- Carried 5•-0. <br />Subject of a. 3pavial use permit by Y Club for a trap, and skeet range was again <br />di. s oDs s ed, <br />Motion by Mayor Brockman, seconded by Councilman Shervhe_i.m, that snecial use <br />pen,jIt "or operation of a trap and skeet range on the Schradc "Farm be issued <br />if 3M Club is agreeable to supplying legal assistance and financing in the event <br />a legal issue results as the result of the issuance of this special use permit. <br />A vote being taken-- Councilman Shervheim votes aye, Councilman Abercrombie -- <br />Abstained on grounds he had personal intorest in docioi_ona Yhyor Prookman -- avog <br />Councilman hatson--- aye, Councilman Friedrich— absi:ainedon the basis he had a <br />personal interest in decision, Motion carried -- 3 -0, <br />Complaint (verbal) submitted regarding distribution of sewage by .Paul Friedrich <br />on Lane Road a.nd Schultz on North Shore Drive in violation of Vi_llageof Lake Elmo, <br />Don Raleigh 'co write Letter advising that if corrective action is not taken, legal <br />action *.rill be taken, <br />Elmer Richort and Robert Wier requested pay increase consideration.
