On the motion of C. T'riedr;ch, sec.,rded `,y r'. Shervheim, <br />and passed unanimously, the �-)id was awarded to T.".-?,at,ls for the amount of $Q189.00 <br />nrluding a Gar -Wood dump-rox and hoist. <br />"ayor 9roekman arrived and assumed the chair c.f the meeting. <br />A resolution was introduced by C. Watson, seconded by C. 5hervheim, ordering the <br />street improvement En Dawcin acres. Council was polled as follows: Watson, ves; <br />Friedr &, yes; Shervheim, yes; Brookman, yes; Abercrombie, absert. Resolution <br />declared passed. <br />i` <br />Engineer Bonestroo reported on bids received in r=Fard to Dawc;r Acres street <br />mprovemert. <br />They were as follows: <br />Tower Asphalt --- Al2,020.00 <br />Bituminous Surface 129769.25 <br />Alexander Const. 'o.- 13,957.00 <br />On recommendation of the V' lla.:-e engineer, C. Fri edr: ch moved and C. Shervheim sec Inded <br />that the award for the project be given to lower bidder, Tower Asphalt. Motior passed <br />unanimously. <br />Motion was made by C. Watson, seconded by C. 3hervheim, that advertisement for Bids <br />be made f�:r the 1971 -Sewer Improvement Project rosstown site. Bids to he called <br />for on 11-1-71. Engineer Bonestroo to take necessary steps for bidding. Motion <br />passed unanimously. /2. `7 1 - ; i <br />On the motion of C. Watson, seconded by C. Friedrich, the 'tillage ordered engineer <br />tc proceed with the corrective street improvement on Marigold Ive., From the water tower <br />to 7th. street with funding for the pro, ect coming from the water Fund. Lambert, owner of the Animal Inn <br />on 'ii-way 212, for a building permit to constrict a pole type building in conrectior <br />w tip his present bus ness. C. Watson moved and .7. Shervhe' m seconded to grant recuest. <br />Motion passed unanimously. <br />Assessor Park presented and recommended granting of reo,.,est for reductoof assessed <br />valuation on the following: r. <br />Plate #24027-P -- II. Revoir -- from 826205 to S25755. C. Friedrich moved, 'Watson <br />seconded, to grant annroval.
