y 'n <br />VILLAGE OF LAKE ELMO <br />RESOLUTION <br />WHEREAS, A petition has been presented to the Village Council of the <br />Village of lake Elmo by Ralph J. Oaee and others praying for the vacation. <br />of a certain portion of a public street in said Village which public street <br />is more particularly described below; and <br />WHEREAS, Said petition came before the Village Council for hearing at <br />a —meeting held at 700 o'clock p.m.' in the Village Hall in the Village of <br />Lake Elmo on October 6th, 1970, pursuant to notice thereof duly published <br />and posted as required by law; and <br />WHEREAS, The Village Council has now determined that the vacation of <br />the part of said public street hereinafter described is in the interests <br />of the public and that said petition should be granted; <br />IT_IS_$ THEREF-01M, RESOLVED, by the Village Council of the Village of <br />Lake Elmo that the following described part of a public street in said <br />Village be and the same hereby is vacated, absolutely and forever, to -wit: <br />All of the 33 foot street lying Southerly of and adjoining <br />Lot 7, THREE LAKES FARM ADDITION* <br />IT IS FURTHER RESOLVED, by the Village Council that the Village deems <br />a benefit to aecrua to the Village by being relieved of any responsibility <br />for said part of said public street and the same is sufficient considera- <br />tion for the vacation thereof and therefore said vacation is ordered with- <br />out payment of any cash consideration by the property owners along the vacated <br />parts of said public street provided, however, petitioners shall pay the <br />
