R-72-9 <br />I <br />f!w <br />S �±y <br />Lu <br />Ld <br />0- <br />0 <br />M <br />RESOLUTION <br />VILLAGE OF LAKE ELMO <br />WASHINGTON COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br />A RESOLUTION DELETING CERTAIN LOCAL ASSESSMENTS <br />WHEREAS, it appears to the Village Council that certain <br />special assessments for improvements relating to municipal water <br />and service were levied against property which is now owned by the <br />Village;and, <br />WHEREAS, the billing of local assessments and handling <br />of the assessment rolls for the property owned by the Village is <br />an unnecessary expense: <br />IT IS, THEREFORE, RESOLVED that the said real estate, <br />as described in the following listed Washington County Auditor's <br />tax plate, be,and the same hereby is, deleted from the assessment <br />rolls: <br />Plate Number <br />37135-4450 5 <br />37130-3200 5 <br />37130-3150 2 <br />1972.
