Contract <br />Animal Control <br />THIS AGREEMENT made this day of January, by <br />and between. Rathi Pelnar (hereinafter referred to as <br />,Contractor"), and the City of ., a municipal <br />corporation located within the County of washington and <br />State of Minnesota (hereinafter referred to as 'City"). <br />wITNESSETH: <br />In consideration of the covenants and agreements <br />hereinafter set forth, it is mutually agreed by and between <br />the parties hereto as follows: <br />1. This agreement shall be effective as of <br />January , and shall continue in effect <br />until December 31, , unless otherwise <br />cancelled pursuant to Paragraph 15 hereof. <br />2. Contractor shall provide services in accordance with <br />the attached schedule (ANIMAL CONTROL PROPOSAL). <br />Contractor agrees to patrol the public streets of <br />the City in a vehicle designated for transportation <br />of small animals. Contractor shall be directly <br />responsible to the City Administrator for the City. <br />Contractor further agrees to ensure service and <br />maintain said equipment in good working order. <br />3. Any call out after the Contractor's scheduled <br />workday shall be paid at the rate specified within. <br />the attached schedule (ANIMAL CONTROL PROPOSAL). <br />The Contractor shall do all patrolling unless other <br />personnel have been approved by the City <br />Administrator for the City, to perform such services <br />at the Contractor's direction and under her <br />supervision. <br />For regular patrol, in the manner provided within <br />Paragraph 2 above, the Contractor shall be provided <br />payment by the City in the amount prescribed within <br />the attached schedule (ANIMAL CONTROL PROPOSAL). <br />Such payment shall be due and payable after the <br />Contractor has provided the monthly report to the <br />
