Animal Control Contract <br />14. Either party hereto may <br />thirty (30) days written <br />party. <br />cancel this Contract after <br />notice thereof to the other <br />15. It is understood end agreed that the Contractor is <br />not an employee of the City but is an Independent <br />Contractor, solely responsible for her own payment <br />of federal, state and Social Security withholding <br />taxes. Further, the Contractor provides her own <br />equipment excepting for some equipment that may be <br />made available for her use by the City in its <br />discretion. The Contractor at no time shall hold <br />herself out as an employee of the City but will <br />always identify her as an Independent Contractor. <br />16. The City shall provide to the Contractor the <br />following materials: <br />a. Map of the City, <br />b. Monthly list of animal licenses, <br />C. Copy of City animal control laws, <br />d. Police contact procedures, <br />e. City Hall hours, <br />f.Any required identification signs, <br />g.
