We are a full service animal care and control provider to 24 Municipal cities. I work hard to provide the very best service possible to the Cities and their residents. ACSI believes that animals belong at home and not at the pound, we insure this belief by providing what I like to call doorstep education to the pet owners. This will in turn reduce your animal control cost (proactive animal. control). ACSI also believes that animal owners should be the ones paying for the privileges of owning a pet. So my fees relate more to pet owners. ACSI will provide uniformed animal control officers trained in both the handling of aninials and dealing with the public. Animal Control Officers will stop into the City I1all to check in and also check to see if there are any complaints they can take care of ACSI has its own staff to handle complaint calls, a website to assist pet owners with information, and also a lost and found database. At the present time we offer both Patrol and Call -Out services. We have three trucks that are equipped to handle and transport animals. Our trucks are all well maintained, reliable, cleaned everyday, and not more than three years old. As part of our services, ACSI will provide to the city monthly reports as it does now for its current contract cities. Reports will show the current stats on impounded animals and complaint activity. ACSI will also provide monthly schedules that will let you know exactly when we will be patrolling in the city. The program that ACSI will provide will be based upon the cities needs and tailored to those needs. ACSI will assume all liability and carries general liability insurance in the amount Of $i,000,000.00, eoc insurance of $25o,000.00, and automobile insurance in the amount of 3 ,0,000.00. ACSI will provide proof at the time it is requested and will send out a current certificate once a year as well. ACSI at the present time has three Animal Control Officers and provides 24 hour 9 days a week services. We work with the Washington, County Sheriffs Department currently in some of our other cities that are in Washington County. Normal Call -Out respond time should only take an hour or less.
