3. PUBLIC INOUIRIESANFORMATIONAL: <br />A. PUBLIC INFORMATIONAL <br />(1) Water Ski Show -Joe Kiesling <br />Joe Kiesling, Tri-Lakes Assoc., is requesting Council approval of a Water Surface Use <br />permit for the Annual Water Ski Show on Lake Jane, August 12, 2006. Mr. Kiesling is <br />request a waiver from surface water rules for the day of this event and a "No Parking" <br />permit to park from Jamaca Avenue to Jane Road North, <br />M/S/P Conlin/DeLapp - to approve the permit request of Joe Iiesling, on behalf of the <br />Tri-Lakes Association, to hold a Water Ski Show on Lake Jane, August 12, 2005, based <br />on the submittal of the appropriate information and on past favorable requests. (Motion <br />passed 4-0). <br />(2) Arbor Day Proclamation <br />MAYOR JOHNSTON PROCLAIMED APRIL 28, 2006 TO BE ARBOR DAY AND <br />THE MONTH OF MAY, 2006 TO BE ARBOR MONTO IN THE CI`i'Y;,. <br />M/S/P DeLapp/Conlin - to approve the Arbor <br />back with options for what the City can do. (1 <br />B. He said if that is the case then they are visiting 24/7. The <br />resident will follow up on thr complaint with the City Administrator. <br />4. CONSENT AGENDA: <br />A. Resolution No. 2006-031:Approving Claims <br />M/S/P DeLapp/Smith -to adopt Resolution No. 2006-031 Approving Claim Numbers <br />317, 318, DD682 through DD694, 28901 through28907, which were used for Staff <br />Payroll dated March 30, 2006; claims 319, 28908 through 28948, in the total amount of <br />$493,366.20.
