LaLe Elmo <br />Agenda Section: Planning, Land Use and Zoning <br />No. 9D <br />City Council <br />August 15, 2006 <br />Agenda Item: Comprehensive Plan Amendment/Rezoning — City of Lake Elmo (as applicant) <br />Background Information for August 15, 2006: <br />On July 18 a representative of the Apostolic Bible Church — owner of the site proposed by the City for Plan <br />Amendment and rezoning — appeared before the Council and requested the matter be tabled until the August <br />15 Council meeting — which the Council agreed to do. <br />The City has received an August 10 letter from Apostolic Bible Church again requesting the matter be <br />tabled — this time to the September 5 Council meeting. <br />We have attached both the property owner's August 10 letter and the complete agenda packet from the July <br />18 meeting. <br />Person responsible: <br />Action items: <br />Either table the this item to the September 5 Council meeting, or <br />C' er <br />procede on the item per the attached August 2 agenda memo. <br />Attachments <br />Time Allocated: <br />1.
