Lake Elmo <br />Agenda Section: Planning, Land Use and Zoning <br />No. 9B <br />.Caty Council <br />July 18, 2006 <br />Agenda Item: Comprehensive Plan Amendment and Rezoning — Apostolic Bible Church Site <br />Back.2round Information for fuly 18. 2006: <br />On July 10 the Planning Commission conducted the required Public Hearing and unanimously <br />recommended approval of a City Council -initiated action to amend the Comprehensive Plan classification <br />of this site from PF to RAD; and to rezone the site from PF to RR. The property owner (Apostolic Bible <br />Church) was mailed a copy of the Hearing Notice at an address provided by the Washington County GIS, <br />but did not respond or attend the Hearing.
