Take Elmo Agenda Section: Planning, Land Use and Zoning No. 9C <br />City Council <br />August 15, 2006 <br />Agenda Item: Site Plan, Shoreland Variance, and Final Plat — Hudson Blvd. (C&C North America) <br />Background Information for August 15, 2006: <br />These applications were originally scheduled for Council consideration on August 2. The applicant <br />requested in writing that the Council remove these items form the August 2 agenda to permit time for a <br />revised structure OHW setback variance mitigation plan to be reviewed and concurred in by DNR. As of <br />this writing the matter remains unresolved with DNR, but may be by August 15. Therefore, we are placing <br />the applications back on the Council agenda.
