CITY OF LAKE ELMO <br />WASHINGTON COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2006-075 <br />A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING APPLICATION AND PRIMARY CONTACT <br />PERSON FOR MN/DOT COMMUNITY ROADSIDE LANDSCAPING <br />PARTNERSHIP PROGRAM <br />WHEREAS, the City of Lake Elmo will act as the sponsoring unit for the project <br />identified as State Highway 5/Carriage Park Landscaping Project on the state trunk <br />highway 5 to be conducted during the period August through November. <br />WHEREAS, Anne Smith is hereby authorized to apply to the Minnesota <br />Department of Transportation for funding of this project on behalf of the City of Lake <br />Elmo. <br />ADOPTED BY the Lake Elmo City Council on the 2nd day of August, 2006. <br />Dean A.
