CITY OF LAKE ELMO <br />WASHINGTON COUNTY. MINNESOTA <br />RESOLUTION NO.2006-079 <br />A RESOLUTION APROVING THE SELECITON OF CONSULTANT <br />FOR THE PARK SYSTEM PLAN UPDATE <br />WHEREAS, the City of Lake Elmo sent out invitations to six consulting firms for <br />a proposal for the Park System Plan Update; <br />WHEREAS, on July 17, 2006 the Lake Elmo Park Commission interviewed the <br />three finalists consulting firms; <br />WHEREAS, at a Special Park Commission meeting on July 25, 2006, the <br />Commission unanimously adopted a recommendation to the City Council that the firm <br />TKDA be contracted to complete the update of the 1990 Park System Plan. <br />WHEREAS, on August 2, 2006, the Lake Elmo City Council confirms the Park <br />Commission's recommendation and authorizes the Mayor and City Administrator to enter <br />into a contract for services with TKDA as consultant for the Park System Plan Update. <br />ADOPTED by the Lake Elmo City Council on August 2nd, 2006. <br />Dean A.
