CITY OF LAKE ELMO <br />WASHINGTON COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2006-076 <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE PLACEMENT OF A GARAGE <br />STRUCTURE IN FRONT OF THE PRIMARY STRUCTURE <br />AT 5487 JAMACA AVENEUE NORTH <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to Section 300.13, Subd. 31 of the Lake Elmo Municipal <br />Code, Bruce and Stephanie Landsem, the property owners, have requested approval to <br />place a detached garage structure nearer the front lot line than the principal structure at <br />5487 Jamaca Avenue North, in accordance with plans staff dated July 27, 2006. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council for the City of <br />Lake Elmo hereby grants permission for construction of a garage structure nearer the <br />front lot line than the principal structure at 5487 Jamaca Avenue North. <br />ADOPTED, by the Lake Elmo City Council on the 2nd day of August, 2006. <br />Dean A.
