No.: 13593.000 <br />Routing: <br />In the Eagle Point subdivision, the developer constructed storm water ponds within the streambed to allow <br />for both storrn water management and to become a landscape amenity. <br />The City Council has approved allowing the building setback to be measured from the center of the original <br />streambed, rather than from the shoreline of the newly constructed pond. <br />I concur and support this decision.
