WHEREAS, at its December 19, 2006 meeting, the Lake Elmo City Council <br />approved the amendment to the Conditional Use Permit allowing construction of a 575 <br />square foot storage building, based on the'plans staff dated November 13, 2006; subject <br />to the following condition: <br />1.
