List adjacent local governments, school districts and other jurisdictions and the date the copies were sent. <br />Notifying adjacent governmental units and affected school districts is one of the criteria the <br />Council will use in determining whether an application is deemed complete for review. <br />The City mailed copies of this proposed CPA to the following jurisdiction of December 19, 2006: <br />• City of Grant <br />• City of Lake Elmo <br />• City of Oak Park Heights <br />• Stillwater Township <br />• Stillwater Area Schools — District 834 <br />6. Identify outstanding issues or conditions made in the Metropolitan Council's review of the municipality's <br />2020 Comprehensive Plan Update or subsequent comprehensive plan amendment? <br />I I No, the Council's review did not identify any issues or conditions. <br />Issue/Condition Steps taken or future planned actions including date <br />(e.g.) Tier II Sewer Plan City Engineer drafting. Will submit to Council for review by December 2005 <br />I/I problem The City has undertaken improvements to City's sanitary sewer mains and is <br />looking at potential areas for excess inflow to help alleviate the 1/1 problem. <br />The City of Stillwater has submitted a work plan that commits the City to <br />investigate and mitigate 1/1 problems in the City. <br />Additionally, with the 2008 comprehensive plan update the City will be <br />addressing the following items as required by the City's system statement: <br />• A flood related 1/1 study and implementation program for the elimination of <br />the flood related inflow from its sanitary sewer system. <br />• A description of the city's 1/1 program. What efforts does the city make in the <br />maintenance of its sanitary disposal system? Does the city prohibit the <br />connection of sump pumps, rain leaders and passive drain tile from the <br />sanitary sewer <br />February 2006 2 <br />
