In the past he indicated a willingness to <br />participate in the well sealing program. <br />At this time he is unwilling to have his well sealed without compensation. <br />We are recommending that an abatement action be taken on this well. <br />On a side note, two of the three abatement notices we sent out last month have been <br />responded to, and they are now allowing their well to be sealed. <br />1 <br />Thomas D.
