General Development Stage Plan was created for the entire Eagle Point Business Park
site. As a part of that plan, a sign location plan (map) was submitted for the entire P.U.D. site and sign
types were established. The applicant is proposing to move the location of the "secondary signage"
identified on the map at the northeast corner of Inwood Avenue and Hudson Boulevard and instead place it
in the southeast corner of Hudson Boulevard and Eagle Point Circle.
The applicant has stated that no signs will be placed at the intersection of Hudson Boulevard and Inwood
Avenue.
Staff recommends approval of the requested PUD Final Plan amendment, subject to the condition that the
sign be located at least 15 feet from any property line or public street right-of-way line.
Person responsible:
Action items:
K.
