Lake EImo <br />Agenda Section: CITY ADMINISTRATOR'S REPORT <br />No. 1113. <br />City Council <br />February 7, <br />2006 <br />Agenda Item: Comment Letter to Washington County on Lake Elmo Park Reserve Plan <br />In late December management staff from the Regional Park Reserve presented a "Draft Plan" to the Lake <br />Elmo City Council and informed the Council of the next steps to mature a final plan. The City Council <br />received the Draft Plan for consideration and review. On January 31, the City Council met in workshop <br />with the appointed Committee representatives to discuss the Draft Plan and develop comments for the <br />Washington County Board's consideration. <br />The attached "draft letter" reflects the comments captured from the attending representatives at the <br />January 31 S` meeting; for submittal as official commentary from Lake Elmo to the Washington County <br />Board. <br />Person responsible: <br />Action Items: Motion to authorize the Administrator to sign <br />Comment Letter to Washington County on Lake Elmo Park <br />Martin Rafferty, City Administrator <br />Reserve Plan. <br />Attachments: Proposed Draft Letter <br />
