DRAFT <br />assuming 600 new units was cast in stone. He encouraged making 600 a minimum number for <br />new housing in order to defend the City's options. <br />The Mayor said that 600 is the minimum Metropolitan Council requirement. The Planner yes, it <br />is but we are not done with this plan yet. We just have to finalize something for the <br />Comprehensive Plan now. <br />Susan Dunn, a Village resident, said the Council doubled the population in the Village on a quick <br />vote, and she is affronted by being asked for more units tonight.
