State agencies, school boards, county boards, city <br />councils, and all other political subdivisions cannot conduct meetings after 6:00 p.m. on caucus night. The <br />Council will have to reschedule the Council meeting date to either Monday, March 6`h or Wednesday, <br />March Sth whichever date is convenient. <br />Action Items: Person responsible: <br />M/S to reschedule the Tuesday, March 7th Council S. Lumby <br />meeting because of a conflict with the Precinct Caucus schedule <br />for this night to Monday or Wednesday, 7 p.m. <br />Attachments: <br />Time Allocated: <br />
