CITY OF LAKE ELMO <br />WASHINGTON COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br />RESOLUTION NO.2006-014 <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING PARTIAL PAYMENT NO.1 <br />TO CB&I CONSTRUCTORS, INC. <br />FOR THE ELEVATED WATER STORAGE TANK NO. 2 <br />BE IT RESOLVED, that the Lake Elmo City Council hereby <br />approves Partial Payment No. 1 to CB&I CONSTRUCTORS, INC. in the <br />amount of $46,312.50 for work improvements to the Elevated Water Storage <br />Tank No. 2. <br />ADOPTED by the Lake Elmo City Council the 7th day of February, <br />2006. <br />Dean Johnston, Mayor <br />ATTEST: <br />Martin Rafferty, City Administrator <br />
