4. This time extension is subject to the City's acceptance and compliance with all the <br />requirements and conditions stated in Paragraph 3. It is the Metropolitan Council's <br />expectation that the City's plan update submitted to the Metropolitan Council for review <br />will reflect these conditions and requirements. <br />5. Metropolitan Council staff will provide to the City appropriate and reasonable technical <br />and advisory assistance to help the City complete its plan update modifications and <br />review processes by August 31, 2005 and submit a modified plan update to the <br />Metropolitan Council on or before September 30, 2005. <br />6.
