Lake Elmo <br />Agenda Section: Planning, Land Use and Zoning <br />No. 9D <br />City Council <br />January 3, 2006 <br />Agenda Item: Metropolitan Council System Statement — Verbal Report <br />Background Information for January 3, 2006: <br />The Metropolitan Council Land Use Advisory Conu-nittee (LUAC) will conduct a Hearing concerning Lake <br />Elmo's appeal of our System Statement at 2:30 PM, Friday December 30. Jerry Filla and I will be attending <br />to present the City's positions. I have attached the written testimony that we were required to submit on <br />December 23 and December 27.
