CITY OF LAKE ELMO <br />WASHINGTON COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br />RESOLUTION NO.2006-066 <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE FINAL PLAT AND DEVELOPMENT <br />AGREEMENT FOR HIDDEN MEADOWS 2ND ADDITION <br />WHEREAS, the Lake Elmo Planning Commission reviewed the preliminary plat <br />of HIDDEN MEADOWS 2ND ADDITION on March 27, 2006; <br />WHEREAS, the Lake Elmo City Council considered and approved on April 18, <br />2006 the preliminary plat of HIDDEN MEADOWS 2ND ADDITION; <br />WHEREAS, the Final Plat and Development Agreement of HIDDEN <br />MEADOWS 2No ADDITION presented to the City Council conforms to the standards of <br />Section 400 of the City Code. <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Lake Elmo City Council does <br />hereby approve and accept the Final Plat and Development Agreement of HIDDEN <br />MEADOWS 2ND ADDITION as the same on file with the City Administrator subject to <br />the following conditions: <br />1. Compliance with the recommendations/requirements of the City Engineer. <br />2. Compliance with the recommendations/requirements of the Valley Branch <br />Watershed District as found to be appropriate by the City Engineer. <br />3. Trail setback to the Ziertman property be increased and screening be <br />considered in the Landscape Plan. <br />4. Confirm drain field setback is to be 100' feet from property line. <br />5. Provide size and delineation of the alternate drain field. <br />6. Secondary drain field have the appropriate easement for trail use. <br />7. A trail easement be added to the proposed waterman easement. <br />ADOPTED by the Lake Elmo City Council this 5a' day of July, 2006. <br />Dean A.
