4.02 <br />improvements shall be completed by the 31 st day of October, 2006. <br />D. Street Improvements. Street improvements include subgrade preparation, <br />gravel base, bituminous surfacing, bituminous curb and concrete curbs, <br />where required. <br />Unusable material within the roadway shall be removed by the <br />Developer. <br />2. All subgrade excavation and filling shall be completed by the <br />Developer in accordance with MNDOT's specifications. The City <br />reserves the right to test as necessary, at the Developer's expense, <br />all grading work. A test roll of the street subgrade shall be passed <br />prior to acceptance of the subgrade by the City. <br />3. Subgrade and the initial course of street improvements shall be <br />completed by the 31 s' day of October, 2006. The final wear course <br />of the street shall be completed by the 30th day of May, 2007. <br />E. Sanitary Sewer. All sanitary sewer improvements shall be completed on or <br />before— the 316' day of October, 2006. <br />F. Street Sims. The City will order and install street signs. The Developer <br />shall pay for all costs incurred by the City. <br />G. Water Main. Water main improvements include pipes, hydrants and <br />appurtenances and shall be completed on or before the 31 st day of October, <br />2006. <br />Estimated Cost of Developer Secured Improvements.
