1 <br />City of Lake Elmo <br />Washington County, Minnesota <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2006-069 <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE <br />PRELIMINARY PLAT OF HOA 2ND ADDITION <br />WHEREAS, at its August 7, 2001 meeting, the City Council reviewed and <br />approved the Final Plat of HOA ADDITION. <br />WHEREAS, at its June 12, 2006 meeting, the Planning Commission conducted a <br />public hearing where they reviewed and recommended approval of United Properties' <br />application for a preliminary plat of HOA 2ND Addition. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City Of <br />Lake Elmo does hereby approve and accept the preliminary plat for HOA 2ND Addition, <br />as the same on file with the City Administrator, subject to the following conditions. <br />Compliance with the recommendations (if any) of the City Engineer, City <br />Attorney, and those of the South Washington Watershed found to be <br />reasonable and practical by the City Engineer. <br />ADOPTED by the Lake Elmo City Council on the 20a' day of June, 2006. <br />ATTEST: <br />Dean Johnston, Mayor <br />
