Crry 6f <br />LAKE <br />ELMO <br />City of Lake Elmo 65 -1 777-5510 <br />3800 Laverne Aver)ue North /'Lake Elmo, MN 55042 <br />CITY OF LAKE ELMO <br />Washington County, Minnesota <br />NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING <br />The Lake Elmo City Council will hold a Public Hearing on Tuesday, June 20, 2006 at 7:00 p.m. at <br />City Hall, 3800 Laverne Avenue North, Lake Elmo, Minnesota, to consider the application of James <br />Kaufhold, 9999 l Oth St. N., Lake Elmo, for a grading and excavating permit that results in the moving of <br />3,000 cubic yards of material in order to raise the southwest comer of the property to match the South <br />East part of lot and to raise the north west corner so that the water does not pond. Pursuant to the Lake <br />Elmo City Code, Section 505.03, Subd. 9A, any grading and excavating plans that result in the moving of <br />400 cubic yards of material per acre requires a public hearing and approval of the City Council. <br />All persons who wish to be heard regarding this grading and excavation permit will be given that <br />opportunity at this public hearing.
