Lake Elmo <br />Agenda Section: Planning, Land Use and Zoning <br />No. 9E <br />City Council <br />June 20, 2006 <br />Agenda Item: Zoning Text Amendments — Performance Standards in the PF, LB. GB and BP Districts <br />Background Information for June 20, 2006: <br />During the recent City Council discussion of the amendment of the PF district standards to incorporate the <br />same architectural performance standards as those of the commercial zones Council Member Delapp <br />suggested some clarification in the wording related to allowable exterior materials. Staff agreed that the <br />suggested terms should be substituted, but also advised the Council that it would be best to insert the new <br />terms in the standards of the LB, GB, and BP districts as well so all read identical. <br />The attached ordinance amendments are intended to execute the strategy noted. The Planning Commission <br />conducted a Public Haaring on these amendments on June 12, 2006, and unanimously recommends <br />approval of all. <br />Action items: t` -rate' t>� , t 114 v ; <br />Motion to adopt Ordinances #97-, 97-, 97- and 97- amending the <br />Person onsible• <br />ity, <br />architectural pperformance standards in the PF, LB, GB and BP <br />zoning districts. <br />Attachments: <br />Time Allocated: <br />1.
