Tablyn Park Overlay roject Resolution No 2006-019•Authorize Engineer to Prepare Feasibility Report The City Engineer reported the streets within the Tablyn Park neighborhood have been the top project in the Capital Improvements Plan for at least two years and that it is in the City's budget again for 2006. He said with the water main project occurring this summer, this is the opportune time to complete this project. He would anticipate performing this work in conjunction with the street project munrmze disruption to the neighborhood. He said the Tablyn Park Overlay Project Will be an assessed project and appraisals have been done. M/S/P DeLapp/Conlin — to adopt Resolution No. 2006 019, A Resolution Ordering the Preparation of a Feasibility Report for the Tablyn Park Netghborhood Overlay Project. (Motion passed 4-0.) Council member DeLapp said he is strongly opposed because we have two developments basically governed by state rules on roads instead of the City. He said it does look like a great alternative to Highway 5. Everybody is going to take that route to get out of the Stillwater High School area.
