Lake Elmo <br />Agenda Section: CONSENT AGENDA <br />No 4B. <br />City Council <br />March 6, 2006 <br />AL,enda Item: Lease Agreement with Washington County Ag Society (Washington County <br />Fairgrounds) for Clean Up Day <br />Background Information for March 6, 2006: <br />Clean Up Day is scheduled for Saturday, June 3rd, 2006, 8 a.m. until Noon, at the Washington County <br />Fairgrounds. Staff is requesting approval of the lease agreement with the Washington County Ag Society for <br />Clean Up Day, in the rent amount of $103.00 and a $50 damage deposit. The damage deposit will be refunded <br />within 5 days if no damage is found. <br />Action Items: to authorize the Mayor to sign the Lease <br />Person responsible: <br />Agreement with Washington County Ag Society for use of the <br />S.Lumby <br />Washington County Fairgrounds for Clean Up Day and <br />approve the rental fee of S153.00. <br />Attachments <br />Lease Agreement with Washington County Ag Society <br />
