leased premises; and if to LESSOR if actually delivered to LESSOR or if sent by <br />registered or certified mail; return receipt requested, postage prepaid, to the <br />LESSOR at the address furnished for such purpose, or to the place then fixed for <br />the payment of rent. <br />GENERAL <br />1.Nothing contained herein shall be deemed or construed by the parties <br />hereto, nor by any third party, as creating the relationship of principal and agent <br />or of partnership or of joint venture between the parties hereto. <br />2.One or more waivers of any term of this lease by either party shall not <br />be construed by the other party as a waiver of subsequent breach of the same <br />term. The consent or approval by either party to or of any act by the other party <br />of a nature requiring consent or approval shall not be deemed to waive consent <br />to or approval of any subsequent similar act. <br />3.The headings of the several articles contained herein are for <br />convenience only and do not limit the contents of such articles.
