Imaginative treatment of the plantings around the center by way of specific pruning e.g. bonsai, vine
flowers such as columbine or morning glories that could grow up the spindles of the deck railings, and
much more.
It is expected that the designs and production of these gardens would be first class, exemplary, and
of great draw to residents of Lake Elmo and beyond.
The present idea is that the Garden Committee of the Lake Elmo Art Center would be responsible for
the design, implementation, and maintenance of these gardens. Their plans and practices would have
to meet with City approval. It would be expected that there may be city liaison person who could
function in conjunction with our Garden Committee.
We also welcome your ideas. We envision that some of these ideas in conjunction with ours may
possibly be implemented at other public sites within the city as well.
Robert Meyer
Executive Director Lake Elmo Ail Center (RCFA)
Bringing Arts To The Community
info@RamseyCFA.org www.RamseyCFA.org 651-256-1407
3535 Laverne Avenue North
Lake Elmo MN 55042
