Schifsky and Sons for the above trail projects. <br />The 55th Street project was bid with a Iarge number of bollards needed to prevent vehicle access. That <br />portion of the work was quoted at about $20,000.00. Mike Bouthilet believes we can accomplish the same <br />thing with boulders and other landscaping.
