CITY OF LAKE ELMO <br />WASHINGTON COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2006-0 48 <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE FINAL PLAT AND DEVELOPMENT <br />AGREEMENT FOR HIDDEN MEADOWS OF LAKE ELMO <br />(FORMERLY KNOWN AS DEER GLEN) <br />WHEREAS, the Lake Elmo Planning Commission reviewed the preliminary plat <br />of HIDDEN MEADOWS OF LAKE ELMO (formerly known as Deer Glen) on March <br />15, 2005, and <br />WHEREAS, the Lake Elmo City Council considered and approved the <br />preliminary plat of HIDDEN MEADOWS OF LAK ELMO on April 28, 205 and; <br />WHEREAS, the Final Plat and Development Agreement of HIDDEN <br />MEADOWS OF LAKE ELMO presented to the City Council conforms to the standards <br />of Section 400 of the City Code. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Lake Elmo City Council does <br />hereby approve and accept the Final Plat and Development Agreement of HIDDEN <br />MEADOWS OF LAKE ELMO as the same as on file with the City Administrator subject <br />to the following conditions: <br />1. Compliance with the requirements of the City Engineer for the Waste Water <br />Treatment System. <br />2. Compliance with the recommendations of the Valley Branch Watershed <br />District as found to be appropriate by the City Engineer. <br />ADOPTED, by the Lake Elmo City Council this 16th day of May, 2006. <br />Dean A.
