Citizens .are active and en- <br />gaged in the schools, ,pity govern- <br />ment, and parks and recreation <br />programs. Edina is a well -run city, <br />often upheld as a model of leader- <br />ship within the region. Increasingly, the <br />workers who directly support the <br />quality of life in our city, such as <br />school, government, and health <br />workers, cannot afford to live in <br />Edina.
