The <br />neighborhoods provide the start- <br />ing point for the residents' in- <br />volvement in the community at <br />large. Citizens .are active and en- <br />gaged in the schools, ,pity govern- <br />ment, and parks and recreation <br />programs. Edina is a well -run city, <br />often upheld as a model of leader- <br />ship within the region.
