DRAFT <br />H. Restaurant Drive -Up Facilities in the GB Zone: Ordinance 97-170• <br />The City Planner presented the Planning Commission recommendation for amendment to <br />the GB district Permitted Uses that had been tabled by the City Council on April 18, <br />2006. <br />M/S/P Johnson/Johnston - to adopt Ordinance 97-170 amending the GB zoning district <br />standards to permit drive -up windows at restaurant facilities, but prohibiting menu boards <br />and intercom systems. (Motion passed 4-0) <br />I. Metro Transit Park & Ride: <br />The Planning Commission reviewed and discussed the Park & Ride proposal at its April <br />24, 2006, meeting. City Engineer Prew advised that only the Keats, venue site would <br />"probably" work for a water tower co -locate. The Commission a ted a Motion that the <br />City continue to work with Metro Transit and the Keats Avenue,,- as the preferred <br />option. , „ <br />Administrator Rafferty received a letter from Met <br />constructing a park -and -ride facility in Lake Elmc <br />Council implied we had to accept at the time of th <br />successfully removed. Comprehensive Plan%Amend ment on 10"' Street: <br />Council Member DeLappr�egtested that PF zoned parcel north of 10a' Street be brought <br />into conformity with the Land Use Plan and zoning of the other lands in the vicinity of <br />the site — Land Use Plan guiding of RAD and zoning of either RR or AG. <br />M/S/P DeLapp/Johnston - to direct Staff to bring the PF to RAD proposal to the next <br />Council Workshop for discussion.
