Lake Elmo <br />Agenda Section: MAINTENANCE/PARK/FIRE/BUILDING: <br />No 713. <br />City Council <br />May 16, 2006 <br />Agenda Item: Sprinkling Ordinance <br />Background Information for May 16, 2006: <br />Staff is recommending adoption of Chapter I306 under the Minnesota State Building Code. This recommendation is <br />based on review and discussion with the City Administrator, City Attorney, Building Official and Fire Chief.
