Update on Building Dept.: Jim McNamara <br />Building Official McNamara updated Staff that Washington County Park Reserve had <br />been issued a permit for a new Picnic Shelter and Restroom area. The Building Dept. <br />continues to remove illegal signs. He stated, again, that portable basketball hoops are <br />illegally being placed in the street, which is illegal and very dangerous to children. <br />B. Fire Dept. Another Pubic Hearing would be required if underground electricity were to <br />be installed. <br />Administrator Rafferty suggested petitioning the neighborhood supporting this action. <br />Mark Busta thought the assessment amount was fair. <br />Mayor Johnson closed the Public Hearing Closed at 8:48 p.m. <br />M/S/P Johnson/Smith - to amend Resolution 2006-035, a Resolution Ordering <br />Improvement and Preparation of Plans for the Tablyn Park Neighborhood, and to include <br />an alternate bid for two landscaped islands.
