Resolution 2006-036: Approve Plans and Authorize Advertisement for Bids — <br />Tablyn Park / Lake Elmo Heights Watermain Proiect <br />In his letter dated April 13, 2006, the City Engineer reported that Plans and Specifications <br />are complete on the Tablyn Park/Lake Ehno Heights Watermain Project. This project <br />will provide water for over 200 residences in an area of the City that has many <br />contaminated wells with PFOA and PFOS. OP Development Stage Plan / Preliminary Plat and UUY - titaaen 1v1eaaows: <br />Resolution 2006-038 <br />The City Planner presented the 68-acre OP portion of Hidden Meadows. He reported that <br />the Planning Commission Staff Report and Public Hearing brought out several concerns <br />about several infrastructure design issues and the screening plan along the east property <br />line. He noted that the property abuts land that is eligible to be developed as an OP; <br />therefore, the 200' buffer can be reduced to 100' if the developer proposes a landscape <br />replacement buffer on a year-round basis. The Planning Commission recommends the <br />developer's proposed landscape plan as sufficient to meet the intent of the OP ordinance. <br />Ms. Joan Ziertman questioned the setback requirements for the proposed trail, and noted <br />that the drainfield proposed is 50' from their property line.
