Update on Met Council Meeting <br />Council Member DeLapp stated that he would like to have a parallel plan regarding <br />addressing the authority of the Met Council to mandate local plans; an approved process <br />to bring the matter to the Legislature, and the Lake Elmo Council be part of it. He said <br />he wants to see the City get back where we were previously with the Comprehensive <br />Plan.
