Our design is <br />based on the District Requirements noted above. <br />❑ So as not to delay the review and approval of this submittal, we <br />will request a variance to overcome the conflict and establish the <br />cross height maximum as 75' above grade and the supporting <br />masonry pier height maximums at 60' above grade. <br />• Item No. 7: Exterior site lighting manufacturer cut sheet is attached for <br />the fixture in question. This fixture head allows a 20' height pole on a 3' <br />high concrete base with a 90 degree cut off angle. <br />Item No. 8: No comment. <br />Please call with questions in any of this regard.
