The project requires a State Permit. They have submitted this plan for review to <br />the MPCA. The final permit will not be done for a few months. <br />2. The developer will build the entire septic System at one time. The church is not <br />scheduled to open until April 2007. <br />3. A monitoring plan, mitigation plan and operating plan and emergency response plan is <br />required for City Approval. <br />4. Sewage could back-up into the church basement should the lift station lose flower. A <br />Emergency response plan is necessary. <br />Drinking Water. <br />1. The City is currently designing a watermain to provide water to this subdivision. <br />Water should be available this summer. <br />2. The Fire Chief should review hydrant placement around the building. j <br />3. The watermain through the residential portion of the subdivision will need to be <br />completed in order for this building to have water service. <br />4. Wate=, in within the site will be private. However the City will need to witness <br />all testing of it. <br />Drainage <br />1. A VBWD permit is required. <br />2. Developer shall submit a copy of their NPDES permit and SWPP. <br />3. Final acceptance of the project by the City cannot occur until all disturbed have <br />turf established and no erosion is present. I <br />Streets <br />1. A temporary turn -around is required on the end of the street unless the residential <br />portion of the project is completed this summer. <br />2. Catch basin castings shown on the plan are correct, however those that haveibeen <br />delivered in the field are not. <br />3.
