We have included the final plans for the wastewater treatment and disposal plans for your approval. Water System It is our understanding that the City will extend public water to the site from the east. Our design includes the construction of the trunk water main through the site. Storm Sewer Storm sewer for the site has previously approved and permitted by the Valley Branch Watershed District (VBWD) with several conditions. The church area and roadway does not need to be modified at this time. A revised submittal will be made to VBWD as part of the OP preliminary plat process. Final Plat LEFC will be submitting the final plat in the next week or so. It is our intention to have the final plat ready to go to City Council at the same time the final site plan is ready for City Council approval.
