CITY OF LAKE ELMO <br />WASHINGTON, MINNESOTA <br />ORDINANCE NO. 97- fa <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 302.06, Subp. 1. "FENCES AS <br />SCREENING AND SECURITY AS REQUIRED BY THIS CODE" <br />OF THE LAKE ELMO MUNICIPAL CODE <br />Section 1. Amendment: Fences as Screening and Security as Required by This Code, to <br />wit: <br />1. Required fences for screening and security purposes in Agricultural and <br />Residential zoning districts shall be set back from all property lines equal to the <br />required structure set back of the zoning district in which they are located, except <br />where residential zoned lots share a common property line with commercial <br />uses or commercial zoning districts." <br />Section 2.
