CITY OF LAKE ELMO <br />WASHINGTON COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br />ORDINANCE NO.97-170 <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 300.07 SUBDIVISION 3.H. La (TABLE) <br />ADDING A PERMITTED USE AND STRUCTURE <br />IN THE GENERAL BUSINESS ZONING DISTRICT <br />Section 1. Amendment: Section 100.07, Subdivision 4.H.1. a. (Table) of the Lake Elmo <br />Municipal Code is hereby amended to read as follows: <br />Cafes and Restaurants <br />(Limited to full table service operations) <br />Cafes and Restaurants — Drive -up Window <br />(Menu boards and intercom systems prohibited) <br />(Adequate vehicle stacking must be provided) <br />Section 2. Effective Bate: The ordinance shall become effective upon its passage and <br />publication according to law. <br />ADOPTED by the Lake Elmo City Council this 2nd day of May, 2006. <br />Dean A.
