CITY OF LAKE ELMO <br />WASHINGTON COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br />RESOLUTION 2006 — 044 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING PARTIAL PAYMENT NO.1 <br />TO ELLINGSON DRAINAGE <br />FOR WATER SYSTEM INTERCONNECT — PHASE IV <br />BE IT RESOLVED, that the Lake Elmo City Council approves Partial Payment <br />No. 1 to Ellingson Drainage, in the amount of $187,011.87 for work improvements to the <br />Water System Interconnect Project — Phase IV, verified by the City Engineer in his memo <br />dated April 27, 2006. <br />ADOPTED, by the Lake Elmo Council the 2nd of May, 2006. <br />Dean A.
