CITY OF LAKE ELMO <br />Washington County, Minnesota <br />Resolution No. 2006-130 <br />A RESOLUTION GRANTING A MINOR SUBDIVISION TO <br />RICHARD AND EILEEN BERGMANN <br />WHEREAS, Richard and Eileen Bergmann; and Chad and Colleen Bergmann <br />have made application to the City of Lake Elmo for a minor subdivision pursuant to <br />Section 400.07 of the Lake Elmo Municipal Code of the following described parcel of <br />land; to wit: <br />The Northeast `/4 of the Northwest''/4 and the West''/2 of the Northwest'/4 of the <br />NE'/4 all in Section 1, Township 29 North, Range 21 West, according to the <br />United States Government Survey thereof, except that part thereof platted and <br />known as St. Croix's Sanctuary ("Property"). <br />WHEREAS, Richard and Eileen Bergmann represent that they are the record fee <br />owners of the Property and that a portion of the Property will be conveyed to Chad and <br />Colleen Bergmann. <br />WHEREAS, the Lake Elmo Planning Commission considered this minor <br />subdivision request at its September 25, 2006 meeting and recommended that the minor <br />subdivision as applied for by Richard and Eileen Bergmann; and Chad and Colleen <br />Bergmann. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT a minor subdivision is hereby <br />granted by the City Council to Richard and Eileen Bergmann; and Chad and Colleen <br />Bergmann, resulting in the following described parcels: <br />PARCEL A <br />All that part of the Northeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter and all that part of the <br />West Half of the Northwest Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of Section 1, Township 29 <br />North, Range 21 West, Washington County, Minnesota, described together as follows: <br />Beginning at a northwesterly corner of Outlot E, St. Croix's Sanctuary, according to the <br />recorded plat, Washington County, Minnesota, said point being on the southerly right of <br />way line of Minnesota State Highway No. 36; thence South 0 degrees 19 minutes 54 <br />seconds East, along a westerly line of said Outlot E, a distance of 292.32 feet; thence <br />South 61 degrees 31 minutes 55 seconds West, a distance of 142.39 feet; thence South 89 <br />degrees 45 minutes 35 Seconds West, a distance of 78.54 feet; thence South 83 degrees <br />17 minutes 40 seconds West, a distance of 318.69 feet; thence South 89 degrees 45 <br />minutes 35 seconds West, a distance of 220.67 feet; thence North 0 degrees 00 minutes <br />32 seconds. West a distance of.395.55 feet to the intersection of said southerly right of. <br />way line of Minnesota State Highway No. 36; thence North 89 degrees 45 minutes 35 <br />
