As part of the sentence, he was placed on <br />probation for one (1) year and required to complete the improvements within four (4) <br />weeks. <br />On September 5, 2006, we advised Mr. Podgorski's attorney that his client had not complied <br />with the Court's order. <br />On October 24, 2006, we received a copy of the Mayor's e-mail regarding the status of this <br />particular matter. On October 27, 2006, we requested that the Court place this matter <br />back on the calendar for a probation violation hearing.
